Dr Tzippora Ben-Harim
Dr Tzippora Ben- Harim is a broadly trained specialist gynaecologist.
Born in Israel, Tzippi studied medicine worked for several years in general practice including service as a doctor in the Israeli army. She is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
Tzippi returned to complete her specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology at Meir Tertiary Hospital. In 2011 Tzippi relocated with her family to Melbourne, where she undertook two years further uro-gynaecology fellowship training at The Royal Women’s Hospital. In 2013 Tzippi was awarded FRANZCOG (Fellowship of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists).
From 2014 onwards, Tzippi has held consultant appointments at Sandringham Hospital and Latrobe Regional Hospital, where she now leads the Obstetrics and Gynaecology service.
Tzippi enjoys practicing in general gynaecology, and provides expert management of uterine bleeding problems, contraception and colposcopy. Her special interests include urogynacology and urinary continence control, vaginal prolapse and holistic menopause symptom management.
Tzippi is experienced, competent and kind. She provides compassionate gynaecological care to women through every stage of life.
Renae has had 11 years experience as a Medical Secretary. Over three years ago Renae moved across to work with Dr Lew when Women’s Health Melbourne began.

Renae takes great pride in ensuring the highest standard of patient care is upheld, as well as maintaining a friendly and comfortable environment for all staff and patients.
Renae likes to take our practice positivity into her own life and lead a healthy lifestyle outside of work, being active and social with friends and family.
Originally a Gippslander, Alex brings years of experience assisting allied health, directors and executives in Australia and Canada.
Alex has a Bachelor in Media and Communications but has always possessed a strong interest in the health and medical industries with a background in psychology and fitness.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys camping and hiking and has travelled to over 30 different countries. The next box to tick is The Philippines!
Patient Liaison Administrator
Lisa is our Women’s Health Melbourne and Melbourne IVF Patient Liason Administrator.
Her role within our team is to assist our patients who require Melbourne IVF Laboratory assisted fertility care to fulfill registration requirements in an easy manner. Lisa arranges all required and ongoing supportive counselling appointments and schedules Melbourne IVF nursing team lead pretreatment education at times that suit our patient’s convenience.
Lisa transparently explains the cost process of IUI, IVF and egg freezing treatment, providing clear, documented information.
Leith Waddell is our warm, caring and experienced fertility and ovulation induction nurse specialist. Leith is a treasure with extensive experience in all aspects of complex ovulation induction. She has advanced expertise and training in follicle tracking by ultrasound monitoring.
As an accredited Practicing Dietician, and a mum herself, Wendy loves working with women during the perinatal period to optimise their diet and provide their babies with the best possible start to life. With a Master’s degree in Dietetics and clinical hospital experience, she has the skills and expertise to translate the evidence into individualised nutrition advice to help women, and their babies thrive.
When she’s not helping women on their pregnancy journey, she also works at St Vincent’s Hospital, providing medical nutrition therapy across a range of sub specialty units to help people improve their health through nutrition.

Georgia is a passionate and empathetic Naturopath. Naturally curious and passionate she endeavours to achieve optimal health and wellbeing for herself and her patients.
Graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) she has continued to expand on her education ever since. Since graduating she has furthered her study with a certificate in Fertility education along with a certificate in Breastfeeding education with the Australian Breast feeding Association.
Georgia is passionate about supporting women. She cherishes being able to help patients through preconception care, pregnancy and post natal care. As a mother of 3 she understands just how important support is through this time. Georgia also loves seeing young women going through new changes, encouraging healthy natural cycles, clean eating, skin health, PCOS, irregular and painful cycles and stress throughout this time.
Georgia has an integrative approach to treatment, taking traditional knowledge of herbs and foods and combining this with a more evidence based approach to achieve a great outcome.
A member of the National Herbalist Association, Georgia attends many seminars throughout the year to develop her knowledge and keep up to date with current studies and recommendations.
