Deanna Elsner has worked exclusively in Family Law since her admission in 2005 and is involved in all areas of Family Law including de-facto relationships, property and children’s matters.
Deanna’s work includes property settlements and parental matters and is now starting to include issues related to surrogacy and egg/Sperm donation. This is a relatively new area with legislation introduced in Victoria in 2008 with the Assisted Reproductive Act.
